Delivery is free anywhere in South Africa on orders of R1,000 or more, and a flat R99 below that.

Most orders arrive within 1 to 3 working days and we keep you updated the whole way.

Can I collect my order in store instead?

Yes, and it costs you nothing. Select In-Store Pick-Up at checkout and choose the store that suits you: Mill Street, Eikestad Mall, Stellenbosch Square or Whale Coast Mall in Hermanus.

We email you the moment your order is packed and ready, usually about a day after you place it.

What if I need to send something back?

Eligible South African orders can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, and one free return is granted per order regardless of fault. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, with your order number to hand.

What if the size or colour isn't right?

Exchanges are open for 30 days from purchase. The quickest route is to bring the item into any Stellies store, where we can swap it on the spot.

If you would rather courier it, email info@stelliestm.com and we will set it up. Courier fees on a size or style change are yours unless the error was ours.

What if something goes wrong with my order?
