1. Product Warranty

• All products carry a 6-month warranty (CPA).
• Watches: 1-year warranty.
• Full leather goods: 2-year extended warranty.
• Warranty excludes:
  – Wear and tear.
  – Negligence, misuse, or poor care.
  – Altered products.

To claim, contact info@stelliestm.com. We’ll inspect the item and repair, replace, or refund.

2. Orders & Stock

• Adding items to your cart does not reserve stock.
• Orders are only confirmed once payment is received.
• If stock runs out after purchase, we’ll issue a full refund.
• We reserve the right to cancel suspicious or fraudulent orders.

3. Pricing & Payments

• Prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
• Prices may change without notice.
• Accepted payments: PayFast, credit/debit card, EFT.
• All payments are encrypted and secure.

4. Delivery

• Delivery costs are displayed at checkout.
• Local: 2–5 working days.
• International: depends on customs.
• Delays (courier strikes, customs) are outside our control, but we’ll keep you updated.
