What happens if I take less than 2 items?

Then you pay a flat-rate of R250.00 for your parcel to be delivered anywhere in SA, right to your door! But honestly, just take another item or 2!


How does International Shipping Work?

We ship world-wide using DHL at a flat-rate of R1000.00 -that's a bargain considering that it doesn't matter how many items you take. Unfortunately, there is no free shipping available for international orders, regardless of basket size. So use the opportunity to stack your basket!


How long does delivery take in South Africa?

In short, not long! Delivery anywhere in South Africa takes anywhere between 1-3 working days depending on where you are based. We will keep you informed every step of the way with progress updates.


How long does delivery take internationally?

Delivery outside RSA takes approximately 3-7 business days via DHL Express and also includes regular email updates of your delivery status. Please note that once your order arrives in your country, it will be assessed by customs. Based on your country's legislation, you may need to pay a fee to release the goods into the country. Once that amount is paid, DHL will deliver your parcel to your door. 


Can I rather collect my order in store? Yes!

This way you will pay no delivery fee! Simply select “In-Store Pick-Up” during checkout. Select which store will be most convenient for you to do the collection. You will receive an email notifying you when your order is ready (usually about 1 day after order has been placed – but may be longer during promotions). Please note that orders not collected within 30 days will be forfeited. Please, don't try to collect your order before we let you know that it has been packed and is ready for you!


What about items purchased during Lockdowns, Black Friday, etc.?

Items ordered during unusual times, may take longer to be delivered, not only as result of intense stock management, but also delays experienced by the courier companies arising from high volumes and any logistical implications during this time. You can expect delivery to be delayed but of course, we will keep you posted throughout the process.
