Wanna make an exchange? No problem! Here’s how to get started:

Firstly, please ensure that you meet the return and exchange conditions below:

  • Items purchased during Black Friday or on promotion cannot be refunded or exchanged.
  • Garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
  • Exchanges/returns allowed within 30 days of purchase. Later requests not accepted.
  • Non-returnable: Swimwear, Underwear, Gift Cards, Socks, Flip-Flops, discounted items, Black Friday deals, or those bought during lockdown.

If you qualify, email info@stelliestm.com with product details, preferably a photo, and proof of purchase.

International payments are non-refundable.

Here’s how it works:

If we made a mistake, we’ll cover transport costs and send you a replacement or refund.

If it’s a change of heart/size/style issue, courier costs are on you. You can use your own courier or ask us to arrange one after payment.

Once inspected and cleared, your new item/refund will be processed within 5–7 business days.

Refunds (South Africa only) are handled via PayFast, usually 5–7 days. International refunds are not available.

Can I rather exchange it in one of the store?

Yes, that’s even easier! (As long as all criteria above are met.)
