2. Our team will confirm next steps.
3. If it’s a Stellies error (wrong item or defective product), courier costs are on us.
4. If it’s a change of size or style, courier fees are yours.
5. One free return will be granted, regardless of fault.
6. Refunds processed via PayFast or Stitch within 5–7 working days once approved (South Africa only).
