Wanna make an exchange? No problem! Here’s how to get started: Firstly, please ensure that you meet the return and exchange conditions below:
- Items purchased during Black Friday or on promotion can not be refunded or exchanged.
- To be eligible for a return or an exchange, the garments must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in it's original packaging and must be accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase or your order number.
- We offer an exchange or return period of 30 days from date of purchase. Exchanges or returns after 30 days will regrettably not be considered.
- Non-returnable items include: Swimwear, Underwear, Gift Cards, Footwear (Socks and Flip-Flops) as well as sale / promo / discounted / Black Friday items, nor those bought during the COVID-19 Shutdown or similar states of disaster.
If all these criteria have been met, simply send an email to info@stelliestm.com to start the process! The email should include the details of the product you are returning, preferably including a photo, as well as your order number and/or proof of purchase.
Here’s how it works:
If the reason for the return/exchange was our mistake, we will gladly cover the cost of transport to collect your order and either send you a new one or process a refund.
If you have had a change of heart, made an error with your size or style, all courier costs are liable by you. You may use your own courier or request that we make the arrangements on your behalf, provided you have paid for it.
Once your returned item is received, inspected and declared in perfect condition, we will prepare the new garment for shipping or process the refund. This process may take anything up to 5-7 business days to process.
Refunds are processed through PayFast and credited directly to your card. PayFast usually takes 5-7 business days to process the transaction but we will keep you updated as best as possible.
Can I rather exchange it in one of the store?
Yes, in fact, that's even easier! But only if the exchange still complies with all the criteria above.
