Stellies Returns & Exchanges Policy | Hassle-Free Shopping in South Africa
We want you to love your Stellies gear. If something doesn’t fit or feel right, our returns and exchanges process is designed to be simple and fair.
Timeframes
Exchanges: within 30 days of purchase.
Refunds: within 14 days (South Africa only).
International orders: exchanges only (refunds not possible).
What Can Be Returned
Products must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging.
Proof of purchase required (order number or slip).
What Can’t Be Returned
Sale or discounted items (exchange only for size/colour of same value).
Personalised/custom items.
Swimwear, socks, and underwear (for hygiene reasons).
Gift cards and vouchers.
How It Works
- Email info@stelliestm.com with order number, product details, and (if possible) a photo.
- Our team will confirm next steps.
- If it’s a Stellies error (wrong item or defective product), courier costs are on us.
- If it’s a change of size or style, courier fees are yours.
- Refunds processed via PayFast or Stitch within 5–7 working days once approved (South Africa only).
In-Store Returns
Bring your item into a Stellies store for quicker exchanges, provided it meets the above conditions.
Special Events
Black Friday & Sample Sales: returns/exchanges only processed after the event ends.
International Orders
Regrettably, we do not offer international returns or exchanges.

Q: Can I return a Black Friday purchase?
No refunds, but you can request an exchange after the event.
Q: Who pays for return courier fees?
If it’s our fault, we pay. If it’s a size/style issue, you cover the courier.
Q: How long do refunds take?
5–7 working days via PayFast or Stitch (South Africa only).
Can I rather exchange it in one of the store?
Yes, that’s even easier! (As long as all criteria above are met.)
