What if I need to send something back?

Eligible South African orders can be returned for a refund within 30 days of purchase, and one free return is granted per order regardless of fault. Items need to be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, in their original packaging, with your order number to hand.

What if the size or colour isn't right?

Exchanges are open for 30 days from purchase. The quickest route is to bring the item into any Stellies store, where we can swap it on the spot.

If you would rather courier it, email info@stelliestm.com and we will set it up. Courier fees on a size or style change are yours unless the error was ours.

What if something goes wrong with my order?

Email info@stelliestm.com with your order number, product details and a photo if you have one. If we sent the wrong item or the product is defective, Stellies covers the courier both ways.
